We understand that life can be unpredictable. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to all patients while allowing us to serve as many people as possible.

Cancellation Notice: We ask that patients provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may be waiting.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Patients who cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or who do not show up for their scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows may result in discharge from the practice.

Emergencies: We understand that true emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you.

Arriving Late: If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your appointment time may be shortened to avoid delays for other patients.
